This is an isolated copy of the family site. Test edits stay here. The live site continues separately.

Ready to test: password sign-in, family browsing, profile and relationship edits, photographs and files, biographies, shared stories, private letters in Mail, suggestions and approval/undo, house suggestions, saved webpages, blog posts, account roles, assistant questions and checked edits, research notes, Gramps import/export, and private recovery downloads.

Profile edits, approvals, story changes, and photo uploads are retained on your device before they are sent. A pending status means the server has not confirmed the save yet. Conflicts stay available for review. Other open tabs check for updated tree data every five seconds while visible.

Still needed before replacing the live site:

• Test existing passkeys on your actual devices at preview.eskatology.com, including signing in again after closing the site.
• Assistant conversations, attachments, checked edits and research records use the new database. Automated research still needs your final walkthrough. Invitations and password recovery have test links; actual email delivery remains disabled here.
• Gramps XML and GEDCOM import/export run in the background from Import and export. Checked imports show their changes before you apply them and retain a verified starting point for recovery. The exact private recovery download preserves fields that interchange formats can normalize.
• The preview accepts up to 1 GB of stored files while the large photo storage and independent backup connections are being verified.
• Changes made on the live site after this copy must be reconciled before any switch.
